Old friend and Grey hair

If your gonna read this make sure your not using heavy machinery as this could seriously put you too sleep..zzzzzzz oops.Anyhow(1) I was out walking the dog the other day when a pick up slowed and stopped in the layby,here we go I sezs to myself,the dogs a handfull at the best of times .Was an old friend hadn't seen him in over a year,well we chatted and said we'd meet up ,banged my head three times that day so I know I got ALOT of Grey hair sprouting.Anyhow(2)the reason for this ramble,since my mum took sick and other run of the mill crud job stuff I've slowly been withdrawing and putting up walls around myself.Well this is me saying "lock up your daughters,I'm back".Actually I'm blessed ,got a Good Wife too watch out for me.Anyhow(3)this is me , ,sending out a Wave,I'f you haven't fallen asleep my thanks for reading this,if you did ,you were warned.
