Don't know what to say

A lot of people have been asking how I'm doing. I don't mind the asking, not at all, but it can be problematic sometimes when you don't have the words, or can't get them out. Often I don't know what to say, and when I do the words kind of lock up inside me. I've probably seemed mostly unresponsive and I feel bad that anyone might feel locked out of my life.
So I've made this. I like to hope that it might communicate what I can't. I don't know that it's perfect, but it feels mostly right.
Could be that it only makes sense to me, but here is how I'm doing.
