I am not sure i understand his logic. Someone please help me. But, I guess that himself has decided to punish me for mom winning her suit against him by not paying the child support. So lets see, he doesn't pay so I can't pay the house payment, his kid ends up on the street so then we go to court and he ends up in jail. yeah that works
