Old House

Well we are trying to sale our old house but no luck so far. The realastate agent we talked to said to remove the old carpert, which I am about to do.
We did rent the house out but the renters were bad. I know here are some good renters out there but these people were not them. I would not mind so much that they did not pay rent of three months, if they had left the house in clean shape.
Such is life.
