Why I'm not going to bother posting to Whedonesque anymore

I've never blogged before. But I figured this might be a good place to start. And since my current rant is about Whedonesque, I figured this was an appropriate site.I was absolutely stoked when I finally got a login at whedonesque.com. Like a kid in a candy store. Then I found an awesome blog post on Writer's Digest about something that Joss Whedon is really good at, and how we can try to emulate that . Awesome. I'm gonna share it. Posted it to Whedonesque, and it was immediately deleted. (Sorry, I don't have the link anymore.) Okay, I guess they really don't care that much about writing technique.
I'll admit that one of the posts I put up got deleted because it was a duplicate. I'll forgive them for that. But I've posted a few things that just don't make any sense. Just today I posted this http://www.ew.com/ew/gallery/0,,20176618_2,00.html , and it was immediately deleted. Might have taken five minutes. That one boggles my mind. I thought for sure I had my first post that they would appreciate, but no. They're perfectly happy to leave links to sites that list someone as sexy or whatever, but to list the work of people in the Whedon 'verse as under appreciated isn't good enough.
I've looked around their site, and there's nothing explaining what kind of posts are welcomed there. I can't even find where it says that they might delete your post. Yes, I know that whoever runs the site has the right to run it the way they want to. I'm just saying that I think it's flawed. And I'm not going to bother posting anymore.
Anyway, rant over. I'm going to continue subscribing to their RSS feed, of course. There's occasionally something good on there.
And maybe I'll keep up blogging on here in the future.
