The buyers' lawyer sucks. He's also representing their bank. We could, and should, have closed on the sale of our house a month ago if not more. This guy is a known weenie. I'm being polite, here.
Now we're making another mortgage payment and carrying insurance on a house that *theoretically* sold back in July.

I hope he chokes on his next martini olive.
