OK so we get to court and there is the AH. All alone. Wifey not with him, lawyer not there. I take this as significant. Anyhoo, when the lawyer shows up we find that the AH now has the "B" team. The lawyers SON is there. Giggle snort. We are second on the docket and when we are called the AH lawyerson tells the judge that he is asking for dismissal - the reason gentle people? Because the AH does not think I am entitled to the cost of living increases the Navy gives each year. He thinks that my wiping his ass, toting his loads and generally putting up with his shit is worth $495 a month and not a penny more. The judge, BLESS HER REPUBLICAN BUTT, disagreed. (Thats the nicest I get about Repbulicans, but kudos to her)
Anyway. I get the wording corrected. I get my cost of living increases. I get my surviver annuity. and he gets? HE GOT SERVED IN THE COURT ROOM BY MY MOTHERS ATTORNEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
