My jobs killing me.... send help

Ok here it is.I like my job, most of the people are cool and i can walk there in under 4 minutes.
Problem?
We have on SL, one AM, one manager, and six cashiers... for 21 shifts a week.
The stress of too many hours and not enough people is getting to me.
Im getting panic attacks...
Im just crying at the thought of if...
need ideas!!
