Apparently it's some sort of fan fiction site for profit. It sounds bizarre.http://mashable.com/2007/05/18/fanlib
Here's a walk-through of their FAQ (which the site took down and is revising after numerous complaints):

This is the specific paragraph which was alarming:

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these TOS and Your use of the Website.

Anybody out there know more about it? This is the first I've heard about it, and it sounds bad.
