In the land of Women

Not ususally one for chick flicks. I am, at this juncture in my life, not able to handle the misery inherent in them.

Saying that, went with #'s 1 and 2 and borrowed girl to see "In the Land of Women". It is a must see. We laughed our collective arses off, which for me is substantial. There are tears. Olympia Dukakis is the Grandma we should all have. It was fantastic. Go see it. It doesn't turn out the way you want it to, it turns out the way it should.
