Found on the floor near the desk of one "Astriana," who hasn't been seen in weeks:

Now Hiring:

Personal Assistant whose sole function will be to make lists of everything that needs done on a daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual basis for:

Day Job (multiple projects),
Real Estate Business
(multiple properties, tenants, buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals),
Home Care,
Pet Care (multiple pets),
Personal Projects, and
Transportation Assistance.

Additional duties include scheduling, time management, dealing with difficult people (includes managers, pets, and other random dolts), generally being on call to do anything and everything I don't want to do, and doing it to my specifications.

The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and initiative. Must be detail-oriented and yet able to strategize, plan, and organize with overall objectives in mind. Must also be a gargantuan glutton for punishment.

Only serious nutjobs need apply.

(I need a vacation!!!!)
