The cast is off!!!!..I had a ten minute scratch followed by the hottest massage shower water pik thingy I could stand...My left arm is spaghetti but I feel human again..Now looking forward to getting back to the Gym and loosing some unwanted weight I packed on by setting on my duff for six plus weeks...(about 50 lbs..ugh)

oh and getting back to the drawing board a little more often...
