No More Smoking

Ok i know this is not one of my everyday blogs......but i thought i would put this out there. As some of may know i am a smoker however i have decided after years of damaging my lungs to stop.
The main reason am putting this blog up is to ask you all for your support and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you have any tips please share them with me.
So far i have went 48hrs without so much as a smell of a cigarette . But i have tried and failed in the past......so i ask the help of my Brown Coat Brothers and Sister to help me beat this deadly habit....many thanks Tennants
