need help with giff's

sigh....long day at work,, I sure need some help with making gif's, there was a great thread about them last fall, but I can't seem to locate it now. I have huge ugly word files and stuff. Have some neat images, would so love to make a gif. Help please, or at least a way back to that thread. sigh...N60505 is the N number for my little C-150, any pilots out there?
