embarrassing brothers is fun

Hi there,

Yesterday i managed to embarrass my brother because our class is supposed to be going on a trip to Jarrow and John said he couldn't make Wednesday so i said "i'm sure you could leave your girlfriend for one afternoon."

An amazing thing happened today: A Reading History seminar which was actually fun. We had to a role play thing where we were in pairs and had to be a member of a committee planning a war memorial. John and I were a bank manager. We even gave him a name, Alan George Hughes, in honour of our friend Al. The best bit was when the former major said that he had lost 30 men under him in the war and the local Conservative MP repiled that they had lost 30 potential voters. That nearly killed me.

I need to do some Christmas shopping. My dad wants a Steeleye Span Album and I did a cross-stitch pattern so i'll get my dad to frame it and give that to my mam.
