A " shiny " Monday.

A truly terrific day here in the South. The sun was out, not a cloud in the sky, as I wandered into a friendly Waffle House for breakfast to start the day. The young waitress asked me how I was doing as I sat down, and I replied with a smile, "shiny!". She was so taken back by my reply, she confessed to having not heard that one before. She paused for half a moment, and then said she liked it. Breakfast was fine and as I left, she told me to have a 'shiny' day !

I left her a nice tip.
