IS it Wednesday everywhere?

A friend of mine loaned me Firefly. Seemed like a good idea since I hadn't seen any of it, and a few other people had mentioned liking it.

I watched the series, and liked it enough to buy it for myself. But it makes me sad that the series ended so abruptly. It came out at a time where I wasn't watching any TV and went off the air before I heard anything nice about it.

So sad. But now I've got what's out, and it sits on my shelf, with the promise of a film next year. So I figure, I can watch the DVDs and read fanfics and such, if I feel like a little space western.

I realized that it had really hit into my consciousness the other day when I said shiny without consciously thinking about it.

I decided in the past couple of days to put a couple of odd little ideas down, and share with y'all, so if you feel like somethin' odd, check out my fics.
