Can't tolerate the moaning (rant)

This rant has nothing to do with Firefly.

I have a few friends from high school who I still keep up with via livejournal. Every time they post, it's some kind of compaint about how stupid all people are and how they are better than everybody on the planet. They think everyone should be fired for messing up the most insignificant things. I wonder how I was ever friends with some of these people.

I posted last week that I was really excited about finally getting Buffy season 6. i was thrilled because I love the season so much. My old pal responded: "I've had my copy for months now."

Once I asked him how he got all the seasons before they were released and he was all, "It's a secret. I would get in trouble if I told you." I know how he gets them. He has a DVD player that will play region 2. It's not that hard to figure out. Why is he such a jackass about it?

Can he just go one post without crapping on anybody's happiness? Is this you? Do you crap on people's happiness and whine all the time about how much life sucks? If so, stop it. Nobody wants to hear it.
