My First Blog

My Wife and I caught most of the Firefly episodes as they aired, but missed a few. We mostly forgot about the show once we heard it was well and truly cancelled. Until I happened to see the boxed DVD set in a store. I valiantly resisted my hard-coded urge to not spend money and bought it.

Since then we've watched the entire series several times, but this most recent time my Wife just couldn't watch the last two episodes, it was just too sad. So we've started checking out all of the special features and I've watched a couple of episodes with commentary turned on.

We've converted a couple of friends who were so enthusiastic they went out and bought their own copy before they even finished watching our set.

So that's Me and Firefly in a nutshell.
