Need help with fic formatting!!

Hi -

Any html experts out there? I need to do a few formatting things with my fic, and I've tried playing around with html and bad things happen!

The things I want to do are:

Have indented, single spaced paragraphs, like for quoted verse (as in poetry verse, not uni-verse :p)

Right justified paragraphs.

Tables. I've tried putting in tables, but it changes the font of the text in the table into something big and annoying, ahh! I really want a tabbed environment, and I thought a table could do it.

Someone in the pet peeve thread mentioned there's a mouse-over tag that could be used to show the definition of chinese characters?? I'd love to be able to do this!
