What a freakin' week! My wife went to the emergency room on Tuesday, and is still in the hospital with a kidney infection that has also gotten into her blood, and now my kids have a stomach flu they picked up from the folks that watched them while I was in the ER with my wife!
Heavy Sigh...
The whole kidney infection thing was really nasty. My wife had a temp of 104.8 when the paramedics showed up, and her blood pressure was as low as 78/38 after 12 hours of fluids, etc. Scared the crap out of me!
Serenity Now! Yeah, I know that has a whole different meaning on this site, but still!
I'm constantly reminded that life is what happens to you while you're making other plans.
