The Recovery (maybe)

With "The Unexpected", I had a deadline to make. The ending I feel was a little rushed. I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow afternoon (4-29-06)and there is some remodling being done which never goes easily; so I wanted Simon to be out of his cell and the baby to be born. I hope I am forgiven for the rush. I will be back where I can write on-line after June 10th, ansd with some luck much sooner

For "The Recovery", i'll have time to explore some of the areas about Simon's recovery that went unexplained. I also had intended to write a epilog to "The Unexpected" placed on year into the future. instead, I want to explore how Simon reacts to being free, of reforming contact with Kaylee, forming a bond with littl Rill (for the few of you who don't know, a rill is a small brook - so in a way she is named after River.) and can anybody see Simon doing baby talk? Besides how can I pass up the chance for River to harass "Captain Daddy"?

After "The Recovery" I want to merge the story line with the events in the movie - i've had more rewrites removing references to the movie than anything else.
