Productive evening.

I've finally gathered together all my scraps of paper onto which I've scribbled words, phrases and scenes i've always wanted to include in a firefly fanfic.

I've never written fanfic before but I'm fairly sure it's time I gave it a go considering all the shiny fics I've been reading recently.

So I started writing and I've managed to hash out an entire chapter I'm not too unhappy with. I won't post until I know where the plot is going and the whole piece starts to flow but, for today at least, I feel like I've made a real start.

For those interested, it so far has drinking, insults, slapping, crying and lots and lots of tea drinking.

It's now 1am here so I'm definitely off to bed now. See you all tomorrow!
