Fanfic added, writing's ok.

I'm probably not doing this the correct way. I'm posting before I edit or submit to my beta. Oh well. Today sucked IRL and wanted to feel good about continuing my writing. So there it is.

I know it's not professional. It's quippy and done in short installments. I know it's got failings, but again, these are my baby steps. Yes, I'm purposely digging for compliments to decide wether or not I want to pursue this on a larger scale. Am I a whore? Absolutely. And I'm not afraid of admitting it. Pay me in compliments, I will feel good enough to continue. LOL

Ok, next part, instead of putting down my work, I want to show you what I like about it.

I can SEE and HEAR everything I'm making the characters do. I look at the television in my head and they're saying the lines, doing the motions, thinking those thoughts. One thing I worry about is wether or not the reader has the same reaction.

IRL:
Things are not going well. Mom's sick, grandmom's sick, other grandmom's sick, and my son's got a fever. Hubby's upset because I'm a grump and stressed.

And as usual, the only bright spot is Firefly.

On a happier note, I met a Browncoat today. Not my friend or my mom. A stranger! I was wearing the Serenity shirt from Hot Topic and walked into the bank today. He commented that he liked my shirt, asked me if I was a Browncoat and commented that there was another brown shirt from Hot Topic. I assured him I already owned that one too and told him all about Moonlight Rising and about us seeing Nathan. I even dropped him my e-mail and this website with my screen name on here.

Here's hoping he finds me. :)
