Does that make me an alpha?LOL
Had one of our illustrious (sp?) members read over my fic and critiqued it all to hell. But it was what I asked for and what the damn thing needed. I AM just an amatuer and I need some quick catch-up to make my writing even passable. I may be an adult, but my writing is in its infancy. Despite hearing that your fic sucked (my words, not hers) what she did really helped me see what it was that the piece was missing. Having no formal training in writing, I'm having to take shortcuts. Lots of 'em.
Oh, and I recommend NEVER having your writing gone over by an english teacher unless you are fully prepared for the consequences. Considering I'm a teacher myself (usually), it's a bit easier for me to take the criticism. But if you're not prepared for it, it sure as hell can make you feel about three inches tall and like your writing should have wound up in the trash and not where others can read it.

I think so. But what the heck do I know??? I just write this crap.
SO, Curtis has stepped in offered to be a semi-permanent glutton for punishment and shall be bombarded with my crazy-ass ideas about what I think should happen in this 'verse.
Pity the poor guy.
Pity him.
