I am gone, yet I am here...

Life has been the lowest level of suck-tastic for me for the past few months. There are a few errant rays of sun breaking through the black clouds, but not many.

I've been absent because it's not my way to expose my friends and family to the ugly thing I become when I am like this. Trust me. You really don't want the unwarranted abuse.

I've felt your outpouring of concern and love in your private emails and IMs, and I thank you. When things are better, you'll see me return 'my old self' once more.
