I'm Home

I wasn't going to use this feature because I already have a blog that I write in fairly regularly at another site. However, I can't say this in my other blog.

I'm home. This last year has been hell. Moving away from relatives and friends and living on campus, where I knew almost nobody. Add that to the fact that I have a hard time making friends and loneliness is pretty much complete.

I recently told a close friend that I don't miss specific people, I just miss people in general. Knowing that I'm somewhere with people that can take me at face value. Feeling like I belong. There's nowhere here that gives me that.

Except this little corner on the 'net between no and where. I can joke around and have fun without anyone judging me, without any fear. Everyone is so friendly here.
