Boy my feet are killin me...Follow this road to this street and look for the big brick building...get forms 940-oops/090/81 and G782-5A/L...fill out these and go to the 3rd widow of the buildin 9 doors down from fish market across the street...Have your Mothers dogs name ready when ask for...the Doctor will see you now...Fill it to this line...dont flush!...thats not enough,wait 30minutes and try again, No you cant drink a beer to help out...
