sitting at work

i am here sitting at work and was reading the first episode of that firefly virtual second season and i was just wondering if there is any way that there will ever be a real second season of firefly. with the large fanbase i dont see how it hasent been taken up again, i wish there was some way to contact joss and ask him if there are any real plans to bring the show back
