For Christmas I had gotten my brother and his wife the Firefly the series DVD. A few days before the holiday I took a copy of Serenity over to his house to watch and get a feel for if you would enjoy the verse. Between the kids and other distractions I left feeling that he didn’t get a chance to get a real appreciation of the BDM. Well I just received a phone call from me telling me he was about to watch the last episode. Over the last two and a half days he has watched the entire series! He told me he was hooked and couldn’t believe it was canceled. He asked about a sequel to the BDM and I told him our hopes rest on the DVD sales. With that he said he was going to go out and buy the Serenity DVD, (even though I left him a copy) in an effort to help the cause. It was really great to see him enjoy the Big Damn Heroes as much as I do!COMMENTS: 5
