Writing is a RUSH!!

Well, my first blog...never knew what to write in these things. Geekdom has grabbed hold of me and fight it as I will....I can't shake it.

I wrote my first fanfic. That was a rush!! You have to understand, my "creativity" is as elusive as the vein of butterscotch in butterscotch ripple ice-cream. Every now and then I stumble across it, get caught up in the moment and write/draw/build/create/fix something. But then I can't find it again no matter how hard I try.

Frustrating really.

I am truly a Jack of all trades. I show a glimmer of talent in everthing I do, but not enough to say "that's what I do best".
I guess it's both a blessing and a curse. While I'll never be "bad" at anything, I'll truly never excel at anything.

I guess there's worse things to worry about. As long as my little girls still see that glimmer as a shining star and still think daddy is the strongest, funniest, can-fix-anything 'est daddy there is, and I can keep my wife laughing, all is good and right in the world.
