What are your weaknesses?

So last week I was doing one of my least favourite things: job interviews. I currently run my own IT support company which is good but there are certain jobs out there that I would like to have. The downside is that to get to them, I have to do job interviews where they ask irritating questions like the one in the title.

"My weaknesses? Well, I'm just so great at everything, I'm too good to be true. No? Then I'm actually a hardcore heroin addict who burned down his last ten places of employment."

Thankfully they didn't go with that question this time but there's got to be a better way of deciding if someone should work somewhere than interviews. Maybe it should be like dating, someone in the firm knows someone who knows someone who wants a job and therefore he gets it (for a trial period anyway).

If you're interested, my main weakness is that I'm easily distracted from my goals by other peripheral things that come along like floating bits of... what are those things called? You know, the white floating bits in the air that you see, often dandelion seeds or something similar. There should be a generic name for them.

My other weakness is that I find practically everything in the universe amusing and try to persuade others onto my way of thinking. And Cadbury's Cream Eggs. And sausages. And girls in shiny outfits. And combinations of those last three.
