Coders and artists... wanna volunteer?

So, since I have time off (see earlier ramble) I have been spending more time on Sanctum (http://www.playsanctum.com) , an online game I help run.

One thing has become very clear to me. We (NIOGA, the company we formed to do the game) need coders (C++ and Perl/PHP) as well as artists. And we have no cash so it would be for free.

You would think this would be easy. You read all these articles about people wanting to break into gaming, and needing someone to let them learn some stuff and establish some portfolio and experience. Whellp... no luck yet. *sigh* I think I would have better luck getting Joss to put a Sanctum tatoo on his head :)
